Important Dates


  • May 31, 2013: Early acceptance applications are due. All teams will be notified within two weeks of receipt of application and payment if they are accepted.

  • October 1, 2013: All applications must be received by this date.

  • November 1, 2013: Hotel Confirmation/Information due to Jennifer Tufts Hall at ochotels@bellsouth.net

  • November 10, 2013: Official Program Advertising Form w/ camera ready art work due.

  • December 1, 2013: Team Schedules and Flight Assignments will be available on the website.

  • December 15, 2013: Player Profiles for College Coaches Book due. (U15, U16, U17, & U19 Divisions)

  • December 27, 2013: Team Registration & Check-In from 3:00-9:00pm. All teams from U10 to U19 must send at least one representative to Team Registration & Check-In. Important information will be handed out.
