The Guest Planners, the official travel partner of the Orange Classic, is pleased to offer teams traveling to the Orange Classic discounted team flights. All flights are on Southwest Airlines and therefore, each passenger is permitted to check two bags weighing up to 50 pounds each. This is a savings of $120.00 per Guest. Most flights arrive on December 27th and most flights depart in the evening of December 30th. If you would prefer different travel dates, The Guest Planners will still be happy to help. Only a $50.00 deposit is required per seat and final payment along with the names of passengers is not due until November 1st. Name changes are permitted until December 23rd. Seats are limited and are provided on a "first come, first served" basis. Flights are currently available from 16 cities. The Guest Planners also offers "peace of mind" by working with our travel partners throughout the year and guaranteeing all reservations as this is the peak season for car and van rentals in Florida and most rental car companies are sold out and oversell their inventory. Furthermore, The Guest Planners will be on site at Fort Lauderdale Airport on December 27th and will be available 24 hours a day during your stay to answer questions or provide assistance. Car and van rentals are available from 15 Florida Airports and are available for any length of time. One way rentals are also available.
